All designs, code, content, and materials created by Weinflow remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our work without permission.

4. Payments & Refunds
Payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice.
Refunds are only provided if specified in the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

Loss of profit or business opportunities due to delays, technical issues, or third-party actions.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

6. Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Estonia. Disputes will be handled in Estonian courts unless otherwise agreed.
